Location, view from the room, amenities provided was quite good. The room was quite spacious and clean. The inroom dining experience was good as well although they could have been a bit faster. One issue we did call out to the manager at reception: the menu in the room have different pricing and final bill had different and they casually said the menu scan code in the room are old. That seemed quite unprofessional

We booked two superior sky rooms and were allotted 109 and 110 of which 109 had a very poor lighting as if they have only installed zero watt bulbs in that room unlike 110 which had better lighting being the same type of room. Bathroom could have been maintained in a better way as the shower curtains were stained and dirty. The restaurant serves really good food but they service is super slow and it seems the staff is overworked. They have a cafe menu which had some really good coffees do try their tiramisu cappuccino. Overall it was an average stay.

The staff is lethargic and unprofessional. The door lock was not working first, they took 3 hours to repair it. Everyone was just transferring the work to each other. The room service takes a lot of time. During checkout they keep calling you 1 hour prior and ask if u need help for luggage, and eventually till the check out time they do not send anyone we have to carry the luggage. For us, they called us after 1 hour checkout and asked for 142 rs which was missed in calculation during the checkout. When told that they will be paid post the darshan, they still keep following up. The place is nice, serene but the ppl do not know how to run a business.
